AN INTENSE AND EXCITING SEASON
Right now we are manufacturing delivery four for the Swedish Armed Forces – and when it rolls out of the gates, we have delivered 200 sleds to the defense in the last 9 months. In addition, as usual, we manufacture sleds for private individuals and other companies and organizations.
Gathering so many deliveries in one season has never happened before. Over our 36 years, this has been one of the most labor-intensive years to date, and we still have a large part of the season to go.
Alongside larger deliveries, this season has also seen more custom builds than usual. We have produced a large number of customized solutions, including:
- Extra reinforced sleds for operations that run frequently, heavily and in really tough conditions

Tourist sleds with benches, built for stable and safe passenger transportation

Ice schanty sleds and other solutions where standard designs are not enough
February is a busy month for us, and in between deliveries we are also working intensively on development. Solutions that have emerged from experience and feedback from those who use the sleds – at work and at leisure.
We’re not saying much about it yet, but there’s more in the pipeline and we look forward to sharing it further down the line.
MORE THAN MASS PRODUCTION
Every sled that leaves us is made from scratch in our workshop. We weld, assemble and check manually – it’s not the fastest way, but we do it because the sleds are our craft. A legacy of knowledge and concern for the environment and sustainability that we want to protect and manage.
With expanded premises and new colleagues in place, we have been able to meet the increased demand, something we are grateful for at a time when both skills and production space are often in short supply. Follow us on social media to get to know the team and see glimpses of our work.
